We meet with the hiring Manager in order to: |
- Develop an in-depth technical requirements document
- Evaluate the physical environment the candidate will be working in

Develop “fit” criteria. This criterion focuses on personality and team dynamics. It is our experience that an equal or greater number of candidates have not been successful in their assignments due to these factors, rather than their technical abilities.

Go to where the best workers are—InfoAxiom, Inc. will recruit the best and brightest talent from a variety of sources. These may include but are not limited to: |
- On-line recruiting tools such as CareerLink
- Job fairs
- Referrals from existing employees
- Referrals from industry contacts
- Educational institution relationships
- Cold calling into businesses

Initial candidate evaluation—We evaluate each potential candidate, with specific focus on |
- Technical skills
- Work history
- Employment gaps

Phone Interview—Those candidates that pass the initial resume evaluation are put through a phone screen, evaluating their skills and general attitude. |

Face to Face interview—Those candidates that pass the phone screen are scheduled for a face to face interview with a member of the InfoAxiom Management team. Face to face interviews may be conducted as a panel or by an individual. Candidates are interviewed in-depth regarding their technical abilities, attitude toward work in general, overall appearance, teamwork, leadership and how they match overall to the “fit” criteria. |

Candidate presentation - Candidates passing all of the pre-screens and face to face interview are presented to the client. We provide a detailed resume, as well as an overview of their skills and experience, focused on the specific needs of our clients. |

Interviews – We schedule interviews for those candidates that our clients deem meet the needs of their business. We will escort our candidate to the client premise, and make the introductions to the hiring Manager. Unless requested to do so by the client, we would not attend the interview. |

Feedback – We stay in constant contact with our clients during the entire process, up to and including post interview feedback. We feel this is key to maintaining our goal of a long term relationship, as well as providing information that we can use to ever improve our process. |
