Position: Web Developers (Level 1 - 4)

Job Description and Responsibilities: Responsible for designing and developing professional and e-commerce web portals, including prototypes, graphics, site navigation, layout of content; animation for use in Web sites; designing Web interfaces; maintaining and updating Web sites; ensures consistency, accuracy and compliance with required standards. Communicate closely with customers or clients at every stage of the design and development and write technical and user documentations.

Job Location: Tamil Nadu, India

Skills Required: A post-graduate degree in Computer Science or in a related subject with at least 75% aggregate score. Knowledge of DHTML, XML, PHP, JavaScript, Actionscript, ASP .NET or JSP, Java Servlet/applet, or ColdFusion, or Perl is required. Must be familiar with Flash, Illustrator, Fireworks/Photoshop, and Dreamweaver.

You must be a self-starter, Independent thinker, and team-player.

Communication: Excellent spoken English and written communication skills. Must have the ability to understand, explain, and resolve technical issues interfacing internationally placed team members, client personnel, and systems. Must write documents such as software design and functional specifications, project proposals, etc.

Problem Solving and Contribution: Use your own creativity and technical skills to troubleshoot and solve problems in a distributed environment.
