Kumar Ramajayam – President and CEO

Kumar, a leading ECM industry expert, entrepreneur, and educationist served FileNet and IBM for a decade. While serving with IBM he managed and delivered ECM architectural review, ECM and BPM system implementation, and migration services. He founded the Services Engineering team under the Global ECM installation and Upgrade Support Group. He successfully delivered a number of highly complex IBM FileNet system migration projects for enterprise customers in North America and AsiaPac regions. Prior to his IBM career, Kumar developed and taught educational technology and computational language and linguistics  as a faculty in CSU Long Beach. As an Information Technology and collaboration architect he helped the college of education in developing an in-house eLearning and rich media and content management system.

Bill Larsen – Vice President Field Services

Mr. Larsen possesses over 20 years of experience in the Information Technology arena. He is extremely adept at recognizing the needs of clients from an IT perspective, and can communicate at all levels of the client’s business. He also has over 10 years of Project Management experience in the insurance and Information Technology industries. Mr. Larsen has managed Information Technology personnel, both from a contract and full time employee perspective. Mr. Larsen is certified to perform FileNet installations, upgrades and conversions on both the IS and P8 platforms.

Robert T. Roach – Vice President Business Development

Robert Roach has more than thirty five years of experience as a senior level service and support executive.  As vice president of worldwide customer support and services at FileNet Corp., he transformed the global call center operation into a Center of Excellence, rated world class by FileNet customers.   Under his leadership, the global support organization greatly improved customer satisfaction and reduced “time to resolution” for complex user problems, improved P & L margins and reduced employee turnover from 27% to under 4%. 

Previously, Robert was also a founding partner of Sogitec Inc., where he oversaw more than 350 people providing data management and automated publishing services, and Sr. Director of worldwide customer support and training services for Information International, Inc., developers of imaging systems for the newspapers and publishing industry.  Also, the founder of R-Tech which provided “best practices” consulting for the technical services industry.
